New rules for the operation of the Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts

New rules for the operation of the Centralized Market for Sale/Purchase of Electricity through Bilateral Contracts enter into force today. Their amendments are adopted in relation to the changes in the Energy Act, published in the State Gazette on 22 December 2017, which introduce an obligation for the electricity producers with a total installed capacity of over 5 MW to carry out all freely negotiated transactions with electricity on the organized power exchange.
